Four levels of professional self-conception's generation are presented: optimally productive (makes the employee to work as a specialist), enough stable (provides the execution of the responsibilities), conditionally permissible (provides the execution of the responsibilities on the level of fulfilment), not enough unpermissible (doesn't provide the execution of the responsibilities). The full program of the formation of the professional self-conception is worked out and proposed.
