Gladenko O. International-legal cooperation of Ukraine with European Union in the sphere of Common foreign and security policy.

In dissertation the problems of international-legal cooperation of Ukraine and EU in the sphere of the Common foreign and security policy and integration potential of this direction of cooperation are analysed. An author concept CFSP is offered is an independent sphere of activity of European Union, within the framework of which he carries out measures on providing of foreign-policy and defensive functions of EU. Conceptual bases that are developed in dissertation is that integration potential of the "European policy of neighbourhood" and "East partnership" is underestimated and not used with maximal efficiency. Appeal attention on the necessity of providing of the differentiated going near our state among other states-neighbours of EU.
