Essay

The research object - adaptative processes in tissues of the crusian carp during temperature acclimation under natural and laboratory conditions. The research aim - analysis of structural and metabolic pecularities of tissues of the crusian carp during temperature acclimation under natural and laboratory conditions. Research methods - biochemical, morphological, statistical. It was found, that for both types of muscle fibers increase in volume of endoplasmic reticulum, increase in mitochondrium quantity in winter time. It was revealed that the protein composition of tissues can be influenced by season, as well as by the temperature of keeping. Abrupt switch of the temperature in summer period leads to the death of fish within 3-5 days. Injection of low-molecular 5kDa fraction, received from the brain of 'winter' C. auratus, allows supporting of fish viability. Low molecular 5kDa fraction administration leads to lowering in ATP level, changing in LDH activity, and piruvate and lactate content towards the normalization of these parameters.
