Ryabets N. Strategies of the international corporate consolidation

The corporate consolidation processes in a global business-environment. The determination and ground of effective forms, methods and intstruments of cross-borderl corporate consolidations, development of mechanism of parity participation of national companies in the global processes of mergers and acquisitions. The methods of analysis and synthesis, historical method, structural analysis, abstracting, method of multifactor statistical analysis were used. The basic results of dissertation research consist in systematization of factors which stipulate undulating dynamics of cross-bordre mergers and acquisitions; to the estimation of strategic factors and degree of their influence on efficiency of consolidation agreements of international corporations; forming macroeconomic measures of influence on a national legislative-legal environment, which form the favourable parity terms of realization of consolidation potential of Ukrainia and foreign companies. Inculcated the complex of mikro and macroeconomic measures of forming of effective scenarios of creation of transfrontal financially industrial grup, conglomerates and modules; calculation of coefficients of variable and permanent charges; algorithm of acceptance of strategicheskikhresheniy; educational process.
