Khomenko I. Impact of transnational corporations on competitive environment of national economy

The process of forming and development of TNK in a global competition environment. Axposure and estimation of fundamental influences of TNK on the competition environment of national economy, ground of directions and development of recommendations, in relation to the mechanism of development of competition policy of Ukraine in the conditions of globalization. Methods: historically logical and comparative analysis, statistical supervision and expert estimations, grafoanalitichni, design. At first found out mechanisms and offered measures of concordance of competition interests of multinational corporations and host countries which are based on an account, from one side, high-quality signs of typical strategies of TNK on foreign markets, and from the second - dynamic structural priorities of national economic development in the conditions of globalization. Going is improved near the estimation of competition policy of Ukraine on the basis of analysis of its efficiency through the prism of the real negative displays of transnacionalizacii economy; it is rotined that universal both for foreign and domestic TNK is their propensity to monopolization of markets. Theoretical positions and practical recommendations are inculcated in relation to the scales of intensity, sectoral orientation of influence of TNK, on the competition environment of national economy.
