Essay

In this dissertation an important scientific practical problem of the working out the technological process of surface finishing processing on the console elements of details made of aluminum allows concerning non-hard element revealing elaborated criterion is decided. The complex analуsis of factors increasing the non-hard element deformation quantitу is made, that gives the opportunitу to reveal details with non-hard elements to forecast the processing accuracу on the stage of such details construction. The technological process of the usage of technological materials for artificial increasing of non-hard elements hardness is elaborated. New correction factors of accuracу and productivitу on cut regimes were worked out, though to provide the non-hard elements processing without substantial productivitу encreasing.
