The aim of the thesis is the efficiency of surgical treatment of pressure ulcers in patients with concomitant spinal cord injury through an integrated approach to surgical treatment prolezhnevoy wounds. Analyzed the immediate and late results of treatment of 121 patients with bed sores associated with spinal cord injury in a rehabilitation period of traumatic disease, divided into two groups.69 victims, who were the core group of studiesperformed comprehensive surgical treatment using the procedure developed plastics and preoperative preparation prolezhnevoy wounds using balneotherapy factors and readiness criteria for the definition obektivnyh prolezhnevoy wounds to the operation52 injured (control group) used the traditional preparation of the wound to the operation. Statistically, the group did not differ by sex, age, nature of injury, severity of condition, the localization of bedsores.To increase the effectiveness of plastic surgery at bedsores developed scheme of preoperative prolezhnevoy wound, which reduces training time with 20,1 ± 1,4 in control up to 8,5 ± 1,5 days in the main group.In studying the results of research have determined that the most reliable objective test readiness wounds to plastic surgery is the level of antiendotoxin antibodies. As a result, studies the indications, timing and methods of performing plastic surgery with bedsores in patients with associated spinal cord injury. In order to reduce the number of postoperative complications developed a method of surgical treatment of bedsores buttocks and improved method of suturing wounds after excision of bedsores, received patents of Ukraine for invention. When comparing the results of treatment in the two groups found that the developed comprehensive surgical treatment of pressure ulcers in patients with associated spinal cord injury in a core group helped to reduce the duration of the hospital - the day on 15,2 ± 1,1 days, recurrence of pressure sores by 10,5%, postoperative complications in 24,%
