Essay

Conceptual and categorical discourse of problem is analyzed. The criteria of rcadincs of primary teachers for development of students' vocational interests are defined. Authc methodic is worked out and experimentally checked. Methodic recommendations ardirected on development of teachers' skills of realizing "soft" model of vocation; orientation, diagnostic of the development level of students' vocational interests. In the dissertation conceptions of vocational primary students' interests devclopmen establishing the compliance between individual peculiarities, of students and prognosli vocational activities, necessary of using of "soft" models of vocational orientation і primary classes arc substained.
