Essay

The work deals with the issue of forming value categories of personal physical culture in the process of physical education of students youth. Peculiarities of motives, interests, value orientations of students studying in different departments of the university and the influence of going into a certain type of sports influence on the hierarchy of students value orientations in the sphere of physical culture and sports are different. The analysis of the research results and data of scientific literature allowed to define external and internal factors which influence on the formation of students values in physical culture and sports. To external factors belong life conditions of young people which are connected not only with the place of living (in the domatory or with parents) but with material status, family influence, microenvironment, school, means of communication. Internal personal factors on the one hand reflect the influence of external and can be evaluated as personal reaction in the form of value attitude, activity motive, interest, persuasiveness and at the same time as an independent factor influencing attitude to external conditions depending on temperament, personal trends, level of desires, sociotype. Research revealed that the use of the "absorption" theory in the chosen kinds of sports and liquidation of limiting factors can influence the formation of hierarchy of needs and value orientations of a person by satisfying basic needs in safety and move to the first place higher personal needs in self realization with value orientation on individual physical culture of student.
