This thesis is devoted to improve surgery treatment results of mechanical jaundice nontumoral etiology patients by means of surgery tactics optimization and increasing of conservative therapy efficiency before surgical procedure and during post-operational period. The influence of operative treatment on endogenic intoxication while having mechanical jaundice nontumoral etiology was also determined.During the work the efficiency of pathogenetic therapy of endogenic intoxication was researched. It was ascertained that usage preparation with antioxidant and antigipocsant characteristics (1,5 % solution for infusion) during 3-5 days of post-operational period and in the amount of 400,0 ml per day leads to decreasing of endogenic intoxication and activity of antioxidant system. Involvement of reamberin treatment algorithm allows decreasing days in bed (from 22,7±2.0 to 22,7±1.3), decreasing per cent of post-operational complications (from 20,0 to 8,3) and cases of lethality to 6.6 %. The way of endogenic intoxication treatment during post-operational period of patients who had mechanical jaundice nontumoral etiology was developed and its’ efficiency for treatment of foregoing complications was proved. While using that method decreasing number of days in bed (from 22,7±2,0 to 19,8±2,4), decreasing percent of post-operational complications (from 20,0 to 8,3) and cases of lethality to 6.6 % was observed. On the basis of received data the addition to mechanical jaundice nontumoral etiology diagnostic-treating algorithm was brought in.
