Essay

New immunohistochemical tests was developed for the terapy selection and forecast evaluation of clinical course. If expression of proteins p16, p19, p21, p53 doesn't de-crease - this testify ineffectiveness of conducted terapy and also point to unfavorable flow of psoriatic process. If at the start of recurrent period before new eruptions on skin have been appeared expression of proteins p16, p19, p21, p53 has increased - this testify of the beginning of recurrent and requires prescription of antirecurrent terapy. For this we used Glutoksim i.m. 1,0 everyday for 10 days. The administration of glutoksim - in standart schemes of treatment was grounded, that medicine normalizes metabolic processes in cells, accelerates reverse evolution of psoriasis and reduces terms of hospital treatment.
