The thesis deals with the analysis of institutional and treaty mechanisms of international cooperation in the use of Danube river resources, theoretical and practical aspects of the issue. The author researches the history of formation of institutional and treaty mechanisms of the international cooperation in the use of Danube resources, reveals main trends of the process. He formulates an integral vision and defines peculiarities of modern institutional and treaty mechanisms of international cooperation in the use of Danube river resources. Also the thesis deals with the analysis of international legal acts, regulating the navigational and non-navigational use of Danube and the practice of their application, аnd court decisions, concerning the use of Danube river resources.
