Barankova N. Activity of academic М.V. Revo (1889-1962) in the context of development of microbiology in Ukraine

The object of study is the stages of formation and development of microbiology in the Ukraine. The purpose is based on the complex scientific analysis and identify the practical contribution of academic UAAS M. Revo in the development of microbiological science, and agricultural research business in Ukraine. The dissertation is based on general scientific principles of historical knowledge: historicism, objective, systematic, integrated, scientific, value of many factors and comprehensiveness of knowledge. The dissertation is devoted to complex research of activity and life of academic М.V. Revo (1889-1962) - a domestic agricultural scientist, pedagogue, organizer of agricultural and microbiology sciences and education in Ukraine. There are discussed conditions of forming scientific world view and particularity of scientist and also his scientific - educational, pedagogical and popularization activity. Renewal of scientific interests and achievements of scientist was possible through research of his more than 100 scientific works.
