In dissertation work adduce theoretical generalization and experimental research of problem of influencing divorcing resulted on the vital functions of junior school age children, that was in the systematizations of scientific sources, exposed aspects in vital functions of junior pupils the period after divorcing. It proved, that structural deformation of family affects appearance in psychical organization of junior pupil's sense of guilt in the divorcing parents; the destructive experience during great while after a divorce. It proved, that possibility of reduction of their negative influence on personality of junior pupil's with application of active methods of psychological help.
