The thesis investigates formal and semantic-functional representation of category of diminutivity in Ukrainian, English and Latin, that shows the peculiarities of evaluative-emotional world conceptualization in world models of these languages. The research focuses on correlation and language representation of such general categories as evaluation and emotion, especially on their realization in gnoseological-linguistic phenomenon of diminutivity.
