Vayda M. Clinical development, changes of hemostasis, blood lipids, cardiohemodynamic and stratification of risk complication in hypertonic disease and ischaemic heart disease in mountainous regions of Transcarpathian

In this work is offered the decision of actual scientific-practical problem in cardiology - the optimization of diagnostics of hypertonic desease (HD) and ischemic heart desease (IHD) in men and women living on high altitude. We received the data about diagnostic value of non-invasive instrumental methods of study in patients with HD and IHD. Based on the studying of changes in the system of plasma hemostasis, lipid changes were demonstrated pathogenetic differences of HD and IHD on high altitude. Patients with HD while grading the cardiohemodynamics determinant in women high-landers in condition of disfunctioning of adjusting mechanisms with forming LH more significant were parameters of the right ventriculus with finding diastolic errors, and in men high-landers the process of remodeling in the left ventriculus took place. Lots of many-factored predicting tables and models for men and women with HD and IHD taking into consideration the geographical position with the goal to make groups of high risk and performing more detailed examinations in these groups.
