The thesis on the base of the complex analysis methodology researched the reformation process in the Ukrainian Theater, started at the end of the 80-s of the XX century, studied its phases, determined its main characteristics and its most evident features. This thesis fjcuses on the process of the reformayion of the city's theaters administrating system, on the problem of an increase of the cooperation efficiency of he city's cultural authorities whith theatrical collectives. The research reveals also perspective directions of the city theaters management reformation in Kyiv and its probable mechanisms.
