Essay

The experiments on 84 Wistar rats showed: ovarian damages with intra-abdominal haemorrhage developed a commissural process of degree IV and decreased the capacity of fertilization (2,71±0,42 foetuses). Hydroperitoneum 0,9% NaCl or 6% Refortan decreased, respectively, the development of adhesions down to degrees III and II and increased the fertility up to 4,29±0,52 and 5,57±0,53 of foetuses. The best results were after 6% Refortan with Surgicel on the ovarian wound (no adhesions in 85,7% of cases, degree I in 14,3 %; the number of foetuses was 8,14±0,34), this fact made it possible to use the method in the patients. Laparoscopies in 118 patients with ovarian apoplexy revealed the intensity of radial argon coagulation for ovarian haemostasis with regard for the ovarian circulation and the menstrual cycle stage, and methods for preventing adhesions were comparatively analysed. The best results were after the sanitation of the organs in the small pelvis with Surgicel on the ovarian wound surface; these measures increased the uterogestation rate up to 58,3% of cases, did not cause any commissural process in 62,5%, reduced peritubal adhesions and uterine tube occlusions down to 20,8%, as well as resulted in no fallopian pregnancy or ovarian apoplexy relapses.
