Object of research: transformation processes in the world market of the capital in the conditions of globalisation. The purpose of dissertational work is development of methodological bases of research transformation processes in the world market of the capital and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations concerning inclusion of Ukraine in processes of the international movement of the capital taking into account features of the present stage of globalisation. Research methods: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a generalisation method, a method of the comparative analysis, methods of the statistical analysis, ordering. Theoretical results: consist in deepening of existing theoretical and methodological bases and working out of scientifically-practical approaches by definition of tendencies and laws трансформационных processes in the world market of the capital in the conditions of globalisation. Practical results: consist that substantive provisions of dissertational work will assist development of approaches to maintenance of integration of Ukraine in the world market of the capital in the conditions of uncertainty of the global economic environment.
