Essay

In the thesis the essence and the place of "culturological competence" is scientifically substantiated; its structure in culture and competency aspect which includes motivational-evaluative, cognitive, control-evaluative components as well as professional competencies is worked out; criteria, levels, indices of culturogical competence are defined; pedagogical conditions and the stages of its formation are suggested; military specialist's theoretical model of culturological competence at higher military educational establishment is worked out. The programme of the experimental work of future officers' training to culturological competence formation is presented; its technology is worked out; principles, conditions, forms, methods, techniques, means and stages of successful future officer's culturological competence formation are defined; the results of diagnostic and formation experiment stages are analyzed.
