The object is state employees training in the postagraduate education system. The purpose - to ground theoretically and to test the pedagogic conditions of state employees training. Theoretical results and novelty - first have been scientifically grounded the essence and structure of the phenomenon "analytic activity of state employees"; the pedagogic conditions of state employees training for analytic activity in the postagraduate education system were revealed; the experimental model of state employees training for analytic activity has been worked out; the criteria and indices have been revealed, the levels of state employees training for analytic activity are described. Practical results and research novelty are related to possibility of using them by the bodies of state power in the process of selection the experts for state service, annual qualifications of state emploeeys. Object and degree of introduction - the special course "State emploeeys analytic activity in the sphere of state administration". Efficiency of introduction is high.
