Philosophic analysis of contradiction was carried out between innovation and tradition, unification and pluralism of high education standardization phenomenon. Principled possibility of settlement these conflicts proved through anticipative standardization. Goals and task of anticipative high education standardization were substantiated. Such principles of forestall high education standardization as systematic, adequate, pro-activity, efficiency, personal orientation, adequacy, necessity, uniqueness, variability, self-renewal were offered.
