Stelmakh N. Automation preparing small series production of electromechanical devices

The thesis is dedicated to solving issues of efficiency assembling production based on a new method of preparing and processing of small series production in the instrument making. The thesis proposed a new structure and sequence of TPM devices with a formal relationship between machining process and assembly plants. The model assembly product in the instrument that takes into account the specificity of labor and assembly, tuning and test papers and methods of TPS-aided design drafting equipment. A functional model of the structure of production for labor assembly units that can form a reasonable plan for the manufacture of parts and assembly sequence of a mathematical model that can generate a sequence of assembly, taking into account the organizational and technical factors. The use of "AsCAM" of JSC "Scientific-Industrial Complex" Kyiv factory of automation name Petrovskii" reduced cycle of assembly in 1.5 times, lower cost of design work for 35-65%, and reduce the time for preparing engineering documentation in 1,6-2,5 times.
