Androshchuk O. Psychological Features of Socialization of Future Officers-Borderguards in the Process of Professional Training

The dissertation deals with the psychological peculiarities of socialization of future officers-borderguards in the process of professional training. During the investigation the essence of personality socialization has been developed furtherly, particularly of future officers-borderguards in the process of professional training. The functional structure of their socialization which includes emotional and volitional, motive, active, initiative, reflexive and cognitive components has been improved. The psychological peculiarities of socialization of future officers-borderguards and criteria and indexes of its level estimation have been determined. The structural-functional model of socialization of future officers-borderguards has been worked out and also the programme of the rise of the level of socialization of future officers-borderguards has been elaborated and its effectiveness has been verified experimentally.
