Essay

Research subject: training process of young karatists. Research purpose: perfection of young karatists training process based on individual approach to development of their motor qualities with the help of informative technologies. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological sources, electronic informative resources and generalization of practical experience; pedagogical observation; anthropometric methods; pedagogical and psychological testing; informative modeling method; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results: development of methods for individualization of the young karatists initial training; making of the computer program to account for individual features of young karatists and planning of loadings in sports training; development of methodical recommendations concerning applying of information technologies in management of training process with young karatists. Scientific novelty: individual features which influence on progress of training and conscious activity of sportsmen on the stage of initial training in east single combat (by the example of Shotokan karate-do) has been determined for the first time; has been defined the factor structure of general and special physical preparedness of young karatists on the initial stage; the planning of young karatists training process method has been improved with help of informative technologies; thanks to the fact that quantitative characteristics of physical development and physical preparedness level of young karatists (7-10 age) on the initial stage of training were extended, the opportunity of implementation for selection the most capable children for subsequent karate trainings has appeared; information concerning motor qualities, which determine progress in Shotokan Karate; tests for determination of the special physical preparedness in кarate for young karatists; information about psychological features of young athletes in single combats.
