The Dissertation researches technology of projecting and realization professionally directed and polyvalent economics masters pedagogical training. The problem stage development of economics masters training in pedagogical literature and its implementation, research works of higher educational establishment specialized in economics have been analyzed. There brought out the structure of professionalism of economics masters as result of his pedagogical training in higher educational establishment specialized in economics. There grounded scientific fundamentals of polyvalent technology of projecting and realization notional, organizational-pedagogical, methodical and practical-resulting component of masters pedagogical training in higher educational establishment specialized in economics. There tested efficiency of projecting and realization technology of economics masters pedagogical training in the educational process of higher educational establishment specialized in economics. There proved perspectiveness and docility of using the proposed technology in educational process of masters training and professionalism of specialist in economic university.
