The aim of our research was to indicate pathophysiological particularities of development and progress of IHD in patients with diabetus mellitus type 2 and to investigate different abnormalities in platellets, coagulation system and blood lipid profile for the risk stratification of possible complications. It was established that spontaneous platellet aggregation activity in patients with IHD and diabetus mellitus type 2 increased on the response to ristomocin. Also the was established some developments in fibrinolytic and anticoagulant blood potential. Patients with stable angina have depressed plasmin and antithrombin blood activity and it leads to onset of acute coronary syndrome.Examination of carbohydrate metabolism in patients with diabetus mellitus type 2 and acute coronary syndrome shows that there is a linear dependance between increased glucose level and rate of platelet aggregation induced by ristomicin. It was established positive dynamics of apo-B and apo-A lipoproteins and high-density lipoprotein rates in simvastatin therapy. Also it was evidenced that prescribing of Xa-factor select-blocker -fondaparinux to patients with acute coronary syndrome and diabetus mellitus type 2 restore antithrombin activity in comparison with anticoagulant therapy by heparins. It was made an analysis of influence of modify and non-modify risk factors on frequency of development and progress of IHD in patients with diabetus mellitus type 2.
