The dissertation is devoted to revealing of motivational factors of development of creativeness of the person and research of their influence on development of creative activity of the person of students as future psychologists. On the basis of studying psychological concepts of development of creativeness of the person, determine its components and consideration of displays of creative activity of the person the psychological essence and the maintenance of creative activity of the person of the students as future psychologists is specified. Influence of motivational factors on development of creative activity of the person of the students as psychologists, and also motivational factors of development of creative activity of the person of student's youth is certain. Empirical the most effective factors of development of creative activity of the person of the students as psychologists, what became motivation of novelty of activity is by established. Have received the further development of representation about psychological toolkit of influence on development of creative activity of the students as psychologists, in particular, such other as prestige and motivation of professionalism. It is defined, that development of creative activity assumes complex use of all modes of study, control devices and examination, forms of independent work of students, and also their application in practice. Application of such system of factors of development of creative activity should be carried out differently and stage by stage depending on volume of the saved up knowledge at students. It assists development in them to ability quickly and creatively to solve problem situations, avoiding stereotypic schemes of thinking.
