Dissertation is devoted to the problem of the role of subcultural and personality factors, in the abilities development of the modern youth to selective perception of music pieces. In is the features of becoming; the musical appearance is analysed in consciousness of the listener, intonation energetizm of music's pieces, features of modern student youth, and also influence of psychological factors on the differentiated perception of music's pieces their semantic value is found out for student young people. Experimental research rotined that the students capacity of selective perception of music's pieces is conditioned dominant influence on their development of personality or subcultural factors. Theoretically grounded the presence of the differentiated perception is experimentally well-proven by the student's of music's pieces, predefined positive or negative perception pattern. Personality existence divergences of subjective estimation of music's pieces is also noticed by the students of different psychological types. Program complex seted that personality perceives different frequency constituents with different speed. Students which musical education and professionally play on musical instruments, and especially when speech goes about activity of link with an art, choose in this case a profession influences on differentiation perception of music's pieces.
