The dissertation is devoted research of features of forming and development of personality changes in the process of the professional becoming of practical psychologists. Maintenance of concept "Personality changes is in-process specified". Theoretically is grounded and experimentally well-proven: structural personality changes are instrumental in the professional becoming of practical psychologists; destructive - brake his development. Propensity to the changes will be realized due to the structural evaluation of situation of vagueness. It is experimentally well-proven that the reflection of structural evaluation of situation, as a factor of development of personal changes, is instrumental in the professional becoming of future practical psychologists coming from formed of sense of psychological safety. The psychological displays of personality changes are analysed: structural and destructive. It is certain that structural changes are instrumental in appearance of sense of psychological safety and realized in form certain level of willingness to accept new experience and create of own personality in accordance with requirements to one or another aspects of new reality (high, low, unsteady). So, high psychological strength security is represented by readiness of personality to the personality changes and instrumental in their structural realization. And, vice versa, the low and unsteady level of psychological safety is carried out by destructive influence on the processes of personality growth. Structural or destructive maintenance of personality changes is realized due to such strategies: acceptance, denial, alienation. These strategies can carry episodic, problem, existential character.
