The thesis is dedicated to improving results of surgical treatment of patients with pancreatic pseudocyst through the development and application of complex sound preventive and therapeutic methods. Dissertation based on comprehensive examination of 132 patients with pancreatic pseudocyst. Established that the development of purulent necrotic complications of the pancreatic pseudocyst hemohramy determined significant changes with increasing leukocytosis, left shift count, ESR increase, and according to ultrasound and CT to diagnose complications in 78,8% of patients. In the diagnosis of purulent-necrotic complications of the pancreatic pseudocyst procalcitonin serum level is sensitive - 95,8%, and specific - 92,0% a marker, the likelihood of positive results 92,0%, the probability of negative values 95,8% and the share of total correct conclusions - 93,8%. Increased IL-6, TNF-? and reduced IL-4 depend on the degree of infection pancreatic pseudocyst and their sensitivity in the diagnosis of wildebeest is 78,9%, 78,9%, 68,4%, specificity - 87,5%, 81,2 %, 93,7%, respectively. The technique of OLT in the complex surgical treatment of the pancreatic pseudocyst concentration of ozone in the OFS - 8 to 15 mg/l and out of focus LPLR in a constant mode of generation of radiation wavelength ? - 0,63 microns with an average power of 1,5 mW at 15 minutes exposure. Application of the developed methods allowed OLT likely to prevent secondary infection of the pancreatic pseudocyst. The method of complex application noninvasiv treatment in combination with ozone therapy quantum allowed to increase the frequency of cleaning cavity cysts from 25,6% to 61,3%, to achieve obliteration cysts in 12,9% of patients reduce the frequency of postoperative complications from 15,2% to 4,0%, reduce the total bed-days in uninfected of the pancreatic pseudocyst from 27,1±1,4 to 22,1±1.3, when infected from 47,6±1,4 to 31,7±1,3.
