Essay

The research is devoted to the problem of culturological training of future agrotechnologists. The complex of pedagogical conditions which provide cultorological readiness of specialists for culturological, professional activity (use of innovative methods of training; involving future specialists in different kinds of amateur art performance; organization of extracurricular activity of students in clubs and societies) is developed. The developed criteria which meet the components of culturological readiness (axiological, cognitive, activity-creative and personally-valued) were estimated according to four levels: creative, artistic-evaluated, subjective-analytical, objective-analytical.
