Essay

Mechanisms of motivation of workers in the health system. The model structure and the interaction of governance mechanisms that influence the motivation of workers in the health system at the central level and the state of motivation of health workers at the branch level, as a generalization of the results. Research methods are: the historical and logical, content analysis, structural-functional, questionnaires and psychological testing, systems analysis, comparative and statistical analysis. The action of the system of communication and interaction mechanisms of governance that affect the health system at the central level and the state of motivation of health workers at the industry level that allowed us to construct the structure of governance mechanisms and to determine their impact on the conditions of the leaders of motivational incentives in the health care system. The condition of the motivation of employees in the health system as a whole, and in different structural and functional groups, enabling them to identify various needs and requests. A draft regulatory act "approximate position of the system of motivation of employees in a medical facility, which will enable managers of health facilities more effectively use the activities of employees to achieve organizational goals. Results are introduced in the Odessa Regional State Administration, "Public dental clinic № 8" Health Department of the Odessa City Council.
