Myropolska O. The formation of the Customs Officials Professional Competence in the Conditions of Service Activities

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of modern ways of the formation of the professional competence of the customs officials as well as to the revealing of the essence, contents and peculiarities of the above mentioned process. Key competencies of the customs officials and their abilities have been determined, levels of the professional competence formation have been substantiated. There have been theoretically grounded and experimentally verified organizational and pedagogical conditions (effective control of the formation of the specialists professional competence by the customs supervisors, using active teaching forms and methods in the customs officials professional competence formation and organization of self-studying in this process) as well as the mode of the formation of the professional competence of the customs officials in the conditions of service activities. Guidelines of raising efficiency, of the formation of the professional competence of the customs officials have been worked out.
