Isutin S. Development of Banking Systems of Countries in Conditions of Globalization

Object of research: development of bank system of the countries of the world in the conditions of financial globalisation. The purpose of dissertational work is improvement of teoretiko-methodological bases of development of bank system and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations concerning improvement of regulation of bank system of the countries in the conditions of globalisation. Research methods: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, an analysis and synthesis method, comparative and economic-mathematical methods, methods of the statistical analysis, ordering. Theoretical results: consist in deepening of existing teoretiko-methodological bases concerning conditions and mechanisms of development of bank systems of the countries and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations about improvement of regulation of national bank systems in the conditions of globalisation. Practical results: consist that the received scientific results are finished to level of concrete scientifically-methodical and practical recommendations. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the mechanism of diagnostics of bank crisis as an element of system of anti-recessionary management is developed; the economic-mathematical model of diagnosing of bank crisis is developed; are improved: organizational-economic bases of maintenance of integration of national economy in the world economy; have received the further development: scientific-theoretical bases of research of globalisation; conceptually-kategorialnyj the device of research of globalisation of bank system. Introduction degree: results of research are introduced in practical activities of Donetsk oblast state administration; Donetsk Commercial and Industrial Chamber; "Bank Kambio"; Open Society "European Bank of Rational Financing"; Open Society "VTB Bank", and also in educational process of Donetsk National University.
