Tveritnikova O. The contribution of Kharkov Technological and Electrical Institutes' scientists to the development of electrical industry in Ukraine (1885-1950 y.)

A research object - becoming and development of industry and higher education as to component electrical engineering industry of Ukraine from the end ХІХ - to beginning of ХХ of item. Research purpose - to carry out the integral history-science analysis of activity of electrical scientists-engineers of KТI and KEТI and set a role and place of their achievements in forming of basic conceptions and directions of theory of the electrical engineering and her practical application in development of higher education of Ukraine. Methods of research - historical cognition: historical method, system, objectivity; history-comparative, problem-chronologic, statistical, biographic. Research results - the archived documents which were not brought over before to the scientific appeal are worked out, it created foundation for realization of the special history-technical research. The basic stages of development of electrical engineering industry are systematized, taking into account предысторию of development of science about electricity and complex approach, and the specified division into periods of the stages of forming of the electrical engineering as sciences is offered from the oldest times to the end ХХ of item. The scientifically-pedagogical is considered, methodical and organizational activity of professors of KТI, the sound analysis of their labours is grouped and given. It is well-proven that by system researches of these scientists the stopped up basis on which the system of training of engineerings personnels was perfected at KEТI, terms are created for the origin of Kharkiv scientific and technical school of the electrical engineering. Novelty - the integral history-science analysis of activity of scientists of KТI and KEТI is first carried out in the context of development of electrical engineering industry; the history-science picture of evolution of electrical engineering science is recreated; the comparative analysis of features of training of personnels is first conducted in industry of the electrical engineering in KТI, KEТI and in the countries of Europe; principles and maintenance of scientifically-pedagogical, organizational and public activity of P.P. Kopnyaev are first exposed; it is well-proven that as a result of activity of P.P. Kopnyaev already from the beginning of 1930th dependence of domestic industry disappeared on the import of foreign electrical engineering equipment; main directions of activity of scientists of the Kharkiv electrical engineering institute are systematized; the new archived documents are entered to the scientific appeal. It is inculcated - t is inculcated - in a course the "Kharkiv polytechnic institute. History. People. Traditions.
