Kapralyuk O. Production, productive efficiency and quality of the milk depending for the different type of milking machine

Dissertation is devoted to the study of the productivity, efficiency of production and quality of milk for the different types of milking machine of improve technology of production of the goat milk. Investigation are directed to the study milk productivity and milk composition of goats during lactation and lambing term, forms and size descriptions of udder of goats of zaanen of breed, latent period of milk ejection, quality of work of different types of milking machines, amino acid composition and content of fatty acids in milk of goats of different genotypes. It is recommended for organization of modern farms for the production of goat's milk most effective is the use of the milking machine "Parallel" for the increase of the milking productivity of goats of zaanen of breed. To conduct lambing mainly in the winter and spring, providing the whole-year full-value feeding of herd. Technology of milking of goats is offered to the producers of goat's milk on the basis of new technical decisions: patent UA 27451.
