Baranovska M. Innovation Development of European Union Countries in Context of Their International Competitiveness Forming

Object of research: process of innovative development of the states of the European Union in a context of formation of their international competitiveness. The purpose of dissertational work is working out of theoretical and scientifically-methodical bases of development of innovative activity and scientifically-practical recommendations about increase of the international competitiveness of the states of the European Union by means of development innovative compound. Research methods: methods of the complex analysis and synthesis, the formal and dialectic logic, generalisation, methods of the statistical analysis, the rather-economic analysis, multifactorial korreljatsionno - regression the analysis; sociological interrogation. Theoretical results: consist in deepening of existing theoretical positions concerning conditions and mechanisms of development of innovative activity of the states and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations about improvement of last in a context of maintenance of the international competitiveness. Practical results: consist that the theoretical positions stated in work, are finished to level of concrete recommendations to what introduction of scientific results on state testifies, regional levels and at level of the enterprises. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the conclusion concerning possibility of working out of a uniform innovative policy of the states of the European Union is drawn; necessity of creation of the market of macrotechnologies of Ukraine is proved; are improved: organizational-economic bases of increase of competitiveness of the state; quantitative approaches to the analysis of ways of innovative development at the expense of working out of economethric models of import of technologies; have received the further development: definition of directions of transformation changes of competitiveness of the market of innovations. Introduction degree: results of research are introduced in practical activities of Donetsk Regional State Administration, Donetsk Commercial and Industrial Chamber, the Odessa Department of Bank "Savings Bank"; Open Company "Odessa Marina"; the Odessa Branch of Bank "Kreschatik", and also in educational process of the Odessa State Economic University.
