Modern problems and town-planning progress of seashore territories of the Azov-Black Sea region of Ukraine trends are exposed in dissertation research, domestic and foreign practice of the legislative providing and town-planning of seashore cities is analysed. Investigational and formed integral town-planning typology of seashore territories and cities as basis of their planning structure. Ecological requirements are set to planning of seashore cities on the basis of their balanced naturally-anthropogenic development with the use of national laws, technological and town-planning methods. The system of the new differentiated large-sized indexes of proportional correlation of basic functional areas (production, settlement, resort, recreation, tourism) and integral indexes of correlation of the urbanized and nature protection territories is first developed for the seashore cities of different types which are instrumental in their complex town-planning development. New scientific principles of territorial-spatial organization of seashore cities (functional medical zoning, deep city formation, balanced naturally-anthropogenic development) are formulated and it is recommended to use these prin-ciples in project practice on the basis of the offered planning models of seashore cities.
