Dissertation is dedicated to the modern positionof electronic informing in the legal sphere by libraries and ways of improvement it. Analysed the process of forming public necessities of electronic information in a legal sphere during the last 10 years and these processes in library activity. Activity of electronic mass-media is analysed in the sphere of legal propaganda., its efficiency and influence factors. There are determine the priority directions of increase the efficiency of users service in electronic legal information.
