Dissertation is devoted to the detailed analysis of economy of the knowledges and also to the comprehension of its place and role in innovative development of society and education. The evolution of looks to nature, contents and essence of this phenomenon are shown in this dissertation. The world tendencies of becoming of economy of the knowledges in the conditions of the development of globalization and informative revolution are found and described. Through consideration of the role of knowledge as a public benefit and analysis of the structure and factors of human capital accumulation the conception "economy of the knowledges" is specified, the positive and negative consequences of its becoming are outlined, task and possibilities of the state in adjusting of this process are demonstrated.
