The thesis is devoted to research of the actual problem of special competences Physics and Astronomy teachers in the experimental field, that is significant direction in higher education system modernizations. The thesis regards the developed and theoretically proved pedagogical model of special competences Physical and Astronomy teachers formation experimental field. As the method of the special competences formation the modular-rating organization of the educational process is offered. The system of method is developed to evaluate the results of professional competences formation. The pedagogical model of special competences Physics and Astronomy teachers formation in experimental field proved to be effective.
