Essay

In the dissertation the data of the state of development of canoe rowing are pointed, the problem situations, that exist in this kind of sport are determined, the approaches to children selection for the primary training in modern conditions are grounded. The pedagogical technologies of children selection on the stage of primary training in canoe rowing are worked out, through the determination of organizing and methodical components of teacher and coach's activity, the basic learning of canoe rowing on the basis of secondary school with following test working out and informative indices for children selection to special groups. The results of experimental investigation prove the effectiveness of given technologies of children selection, more trustworthy increase of indices of children preparedness, the optimal correlation of children number (admission and selection), that is connected with the concentration and optimization of coach's work with selected children. The results of investigation allowed to make the alternative model of children selection on the primary stage of the many years perfection.
