Amro I. Physikal rehabilitation of patient with chronic cerebrovascular pathology

The thesis deals deals with the problems of rehabilitation of patients with chronic insufficiency of cerebral circulation (discirculatory encephalopathy). It has been determined that increase of cerebral arteries tonus, decrease of their and physical performance are observed in 78.3% of patient with chronic discirculatory encephalopathy. The data on conducting early rehabilitation aids directed at the prevention of the disease development and elimination of the said malfunctions have been substantiated and supplemented. For the first time it has been ascertained that the paramount rehabilitation effect is achieved at differentiated complex application of kineso-, physio-, occupational and psychotherapy. Major results of work are introduced into the practice of treatment at the Division of Vascular Surgery at the National Institute of Surgery and Transpathology named after O.O. Shalimov, Departament of Surgery and Transpathology of the National Medical Academy of Post-Graduate Education named after P.L. Shupik, teaching process of the NUPESU.
