Object: the educational process of physical training of secondary school pupils; goal: to substantiate theoretically and verify experimentally the technique of using combine aerobics in the physical training of pupils of secondary school; methods: literature analysis, questioning, observation, psychological testing, testing of physical preparedness and health, medico-biological methods, pedagogical experiments; novelty: the methodic of teaching the combined aerobics in physical training of pupils of secondary school is developed and scientifically proved; results: the methodic of teaching combined aerobics in physical training of pupils of secondary school, scientific-practical tools, namely: psychological and pedagogical conditions for the integration of a combine aerobics in the educational system of physical culture, the criteria for evaluating of performance of complexes in combined aerobics, rational parameters of physical exertion in the combined aerobics classes; field - theory and methodology of education.
