Essay

Object of research - technological process of detail machining on CNC metal-cutting machine-tools; aim of research - the increase of universal machine-tools and CNC machine-tools application effectiveness in the conditions of multiproduct manufacture by means of optimal fixture choice; methods of research - method of successive concessions, finite element method, workpiece locating theory, dimension chain theory; theoretical and practical results - the mathematical model of synthesis of fixture arrangements by means of multicriterion optimization on the basis of the variety of formed competing variants was developed allowing to perform the choice of optimal fixture arrangements in terms of manufacturing conditions; for the first time the expedience of developing of a new fixture system - modular reusable fixture system (MRFS) was suggested and grounded which integrates the advantageous of systems of modular and reusable fixtures; the choice of fixture constructive parameters and the methodology of determining the workpiece basing errors in MRFS were developed; as a result of investigations the expediency of MRFS system application to process the details in conditions of multiproduct manufacture; novelty - the system of multicriterion choice of optimal fixture arrangement in terms of both constructive-technological characteristics of fixture elements and manufacturing conditions to increase the effectiveness of use of universal and multipurpose CNC machine-tools was proposed; degree of implementation - PMB "Sumy" SRNU PJSC "Ukrtransnafta", PJSC "Nasosenergomash Sumy", SME "Nasostehkomplekt"; branch of application - machine manufacturing technology.
