Object of research - technological finishing process manufacturing of compressor disks with dovetail type slots made from heat-resistant nickel super-alloy; aim of research - improvement technique of finish processing of compressor disks gas-turbine engine, which ensure form-create rational configuration of constructive elements of slots and shaping favorable properties in the surface layer for increasing load-carrying capacity of disks; methods: methods of engineering mechanics - for research of physic-mechanical properties in the surface layer, metal-graphical method - for research structural-phase composition in the surface layer; finite element method$ mathematical statistics; theoretical and practical results - technique of finish processing, which increasing load-carrying capacity of compressor disks, the technological recommendations about methods of complex hardening for difficult form details from super-alloy was developed; novelty - the mathematical model of endurance strengths of inter-groove protuberances considering properties in the surface layer and configuration of constructive elements of slots has been developed, which allows to determine them rational combination; the regularities influence finishing processing conditions on properties surface of slots of dovetail type considering technological manufacturing and long effect of working temperature it was determined; the reliability regularities, which allowed developing the technological finishing process for making disks letting ensure to raise safety margin of rim parts of compressor disk at normal and emergency mode of engine operation; degree of implementation - OAC "Motor Sich", SP ZMKB "Ivchenko-Progress", (Zaporizhzhya); branch of application - aircraft engineering and machine manufacturing.
