Object of the study - tthe phenomena of the social perception of the Orthodoxal Icon in the historical genesis. Subject of investigation - the psychological characteristics of the social perception of the Orthodoxal Icon in the culture-historical genesis.Methods of research. With the aim to solve the stated problems we used the following methods: the generalizing of the scientific literature on the investigation's problems, the scientific observation, the expert evaluation (the interview method), the psychology-diagnostically research, the content-analysis method in the combination with the context analysis, the introspection method (the phenomenological observation). The method of the psychology-diagnostically observation includes the methodic of the " constructive alternativism" of J.Kelli.The statistical processing of the obtained data was done with the factorial analysis (the centroidal method, STATISTICA 6.0). Scientific novelty of the results: the multilevel structure of the Icon social perception is uncovered;the system analysis of the psychological aspects of the Icon social perception in the historical genesis is worked out; the definition of the main personal constructs which influence on the icon perception process is specified; the definition of the "The Icon is the mediator" in the religion's psychology is inputted and fulfilled by the psychological content;the inquirer "The self-perception through the icon perception " for the analysis of the Icon social perception is worked out and applied. The practical significance of the study: the results of dissertation research used in developing educational, educational programs in the design of educational systems for professionals in the fields of general psychology, teachers, universities III-IV level of accreditation during the development of training programs and appropriate training and methodological support system for training future psychologists.
