Object - process of formation of psychophysiological states of human depending on changes of cerebral haemodynamics. Purpose - to substantiate and elaborate model of assessment of human psychophysiological states with different effectiveness of cerebral haemodynamics. Methods - physiological, psychological, catamnestical and mathematical. Results - model of assessment of cerebral haemodynamics effectiveness of human was developed. It allows getting not only quantitative characteristics of cerebral haemodynamics indices at a point of investigation but to prognose appearance of unfavorable vascular shifts. Novelty - for the first time composite nonlinear connection between physiological parameters of cerebral haemodynamics and indices of psychological state of human were established. Developed model allows determining of correlation between biophysical parameters of cerebral haemodynamics and indices of psychological state. Adoption – results of investigation were introduced into medical practice of functional diagnostics and ultrasonic diagnostics departments of State Institution “Theoretical and practical rehabilitation-diagnostic centre of Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine”; into activity of Research centre of psychotraining technologies and centre of practical psychology of Donetsk juridical institute of Ye.O.
