Romanenko V. Model Characteristics of Technical and Physical Preparedness of taekwon-do sportsmen on the Stage of Initial Training

Thesis contains the results of experimental research in which the object is educational training process of taekwon-do in initial training groups. The subject of research are model characteristics of technical and physical preparedness of young taekwon-do sportsmen. The aim of research consists in elaboration of model characteristics of physical and technical preparedness of young taekwon-do sportsmen and experimental grounding of training process methodics in groups of initial training. The scientific novelty contains in scientific working out the structure of physical training corresponding to model characteristics of young taekwon-do sportsmen on the stage of initial training, in working out biomechanical models of basing main technical methods performing kicking by legs; working out and experimental scientific substantiation of technical training methodics of kicking by legs; in giving more precise definition having been made earlier researches of leading factors of young taekwon-do sportsmen preparedness which have the influence on the sportsmen. Complex purposeful improvement of physical and technical preparedness indices had been got according to worked out models by defining the tasks and selecting methods and means of training. The results of research are recommended for practical use for taekwon-do trainers, and teachers of physical culture and sport establishments.
